We stand behind every bag of coffee we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. Your happiness is our priority — because that's what Julia would have wanted.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all coffee and matcha products. If you don't love your coffee, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.
Note: For food safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened coffee bags. If your bag is open, we'll still issue a refund — we just ask that you donate the remaining coffee to a local food bank or shelter.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement immediately at no additional cost.
Merchandise (mugs, totes, hats, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Return shipping for merch is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
